You really got some useless codes in this one.
First thing is go ahead and delete things you don't really need.
Second thing is use some online compile tool to merge you css to become smaller.

@deaneo8 you have a really messed up CSS here.
I would like to ask you: How many tutorials have you added to your forum (if u remember) and which ones?
Because i can tell that the skin had a really bad CSS and this is really confusing to someone.

As @Akkii said you need to delete the codes you don't want so that the CSS is smaller. And last, you need to start adding codes to the templates if possible so that the CSS does not have that much codes in it.

Still i managed to make your CSS a bit better but through out the procedure of orginizeing the CSS i accidentally deleted some codes. Therefore i cannot send the code because it has bugs and still it is huge!
So yes i think you should change the skin to something more beautiful with less and organized CSS.

You can move some CSS parts in templates to make lighter your style sheet etc overall_header.

You can go to ACP->Display->Templates->General

Find the template overall_header and open it.
Then go at the end of template and add the following code:

Code:

<style>
 Place your css code here
</style>

After that save and publish you template. With this trick you can reduce the size of your CSS Stylesheet. I have try it and working fine.
