[Solved] Topic Names Italic or something

Hi, I was wondering, how can one make the Title of the topics italic? Like when you click on a new topic on Forumotion Help site for example the title is italic but on my forum its normal font. Is it maybe possible to add a glowing effect to it as well? Hope I posted this in the right section lol
