Cómo podrán ver en esta linea de código está llamando al css. Mi pregunta es, en que lugar puedo hospedar los archivos js y css así me resulta más facil la edición.

How you can see in this line of code is calling the css. My question is, in that place I can host the js and css files so I find it easier editing.

You can host it on google servers https://punbb-design.forumotion.com/t224-how-to-upload-js-css-php-files-on-google-servers or just add [ic]<style> whole css </style> [/ic]
