Your [ic]index_body[/ic] template is such a mess, you should re-check codes and try to find some more suitable one, as for recent topic system, seems like you didn't follow all the tutorial steps, since every step is important.

Sorry, but we are not taking forum accounts from users to make things work, due to safety reasons. Try re-read the tutorial again and eventually you will make it work.
