I want to make a custom skin and I was wondering how to start learning about it . Like should I start learning php or html or something?

You're trying to create you're own skin! Right okay so you should start learing css and HTML to create you're own skin, may I remind you you can requests a skin just by telling us what you want and we'll post you demo's you say you would like it/dislike and we would download the file and PM it to you!

Τhe best way to start programming for forums is to start learning HTML first, then go to CSS and after that you can go to Javascript and jQuery. Javascript and jQuery are the two hardest to learn so focus on learning HMTL and CSS and slowly slowly you will come to what you want.
