[Archived] Another reputation bar?

Guys is there any way i could create another reputation bar, so that i can use the forumotion one for experience and the custom one for some sort of currency-system?

Im running an rpg forum.

Uhm, why don't you use Reputation system as second currency system which will be based on amount of likes, the user gets?

alright... but i made a mistake. I was talking about the point system not the rep. system.

i just need 2 point systems, which are separate. That way i could use the first one for automatic EXP rewards, and the other one for automatic Gold rewards.

is it possible to make another point system? somehow.

Have you tried the RPG feature? It might be a good replacement for RPG forums.

I am using this already, but u have to manually modify the fields, because every1 will cheat. The rpg feature is good for other stuff.

Hello,

You don't need an other system to do that. You only need the reputation bar and the point system. So you will have the one system for your likes and the other one for the points system. That way you will have 2 "reputation bars and have what you want to have as a result.

Alright then... How can i make the rep system function like the point system. Here is how my point system works atm.

The system is renamed to experience and when players roleplay in the topics they would automaticly recive 100 exp for each post. The system also serves as automatic exp rewards for missions. If sm1 do a mission, they post back in a certain topic with a link (proof that they did the mission, for which they are being rewarded for example 1000exp) This is how my point system works as EXP.

Now to the rep system. I dont want to give out the rewards mannually, i want this to happen when a player posts in a certain topic, they would get "X Amount of gold" , you say this system could funcion like the point system, how? How can i do this. Thanks beforehand.
