Details:
Any script to make my forum give a related/similar topic from my forum and not as in "Traffic exchange" but the similar topic will always come from my own forum.

If you change it, then you won't get visitors from other forums to your's. Because Similar topics traffics is bassed on everytime when you click link, you get chance to get new visitor from another forums.

I want to disable the traffic exchange and put a script that will make related/similar post to come from my own forum when i have disabled it
