[Solved] Posting Topic , Wysiwyg and smilies not repond properly problem

Hello punbb . good day ,  my problem is when posting a topic swith editor mode and smilies are not showing
and i dont know where  what code is causing error in the posting topic in switch editor mode and smilies

when i click the switch editor mode the box is gone

Try to delete you javascript one by one, and see what makes the problem.
Don't forget to backup your javascript first

ive also tried to delte  the javescript and turn off but still . the same ..

i think the problem is caused by template, in your template i think there is javascript you added.
My advice is delete all your template one by one or change your theme
