and i can't see the moderator panel ...

That happens because your [ic]topic_list_box[/ic] is edited way too much and it misses the [ic]pun-intro[/ic] and some [ic]td.tc[/ic] variables.

I don't think we can help you any further, because your skin is coded really bad and miss a lot of things within templates. So I suggest you to pick some other forum skin in order to get most of tutorials working.
