Losing your temper?

Surely everyone has had their times where they've just lost their temper for a certain reason? What happened and how did it start?

I can lose my temper pretty easily, maybe on a frustrating day.

It does suck when something said about or to you greatly affects you negatively. The Internet isn't the nicest place, but it's usually more honest than the world outside of it. Learn to accept that you have your flaws, and that only you can help yourself. No one else will. That's the real truth.
