[Solved] Contact Form

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to create a contact form on a html page? I want members to fill in certain fields to state their problems and when they click on submit it should send a mail to me with everything filled in the fields.

If you have your own server for php side where you need to setup config for receiving e-mail then it's possible.

Create the stats there then add the code to an simple html page.
